Vacuum Furnace Introduction

Vacuum furnaces are widely used and come in a variety of models. Here, we mainly introduce the batch-type pre-evacuated vacuum furnace.

This type of vacuum furnace is assembled from steel plates and shaped steel bars into a well-type or box-type furnace shell, with full-fiber insulation structure for the furnace lining.

Electric heating elements are made of high-temperature resistant alloy components arranged around the furnace chamber, and the furnace pot is automatically sealed and rolled from high-temperature resistant stainless steel plates.

The furnace lid is a double-water-cooled vacuum rubber-sealed stainless steel inner-insulated lid, equipped with a vacuum sealing fan as required by the process.

Application of vacuum furnace

The vacuum furnace can be used across various temperature ranges, from high temperatures up to 1200°C, to medium temperatures, and even low temperatures down to 650°C, depending on the specific process requirements.

Suitable for aerospace, nuclear power, automotive parts, precision machinery manufacturing, and other industries.

Achieve heat treatments such as light oxidation-free decarburization heating, quenching, annealing, tempering, and spheroidizing annealing for precision machine parts.

Also used in non-ferrous metal industries for copper material bright annealing, and in oil machinery industries for vacuum sintering of metal or non-metal materials and parts.

The furnace chamber is constructed with high-grade, high-purity ceramic fiber modules, utilizing high-pressure masonry and multiple anchoring to ensure superior thermal insulation properties in the lining manufacturing process.

Expertly designed heating elements

The heating element is a specially made high-temperature alloy resistive tape, logically arranged around the furnace chamber in an even-temperature design.

Excellent antioxidant properties, high-temperature resistance, and high load capacity. Heat without cracking at ultra-high temperatures, maintenance-free year-round.

When applied in aerospace precision heat treatment and similar applications, combined with a high-precision temperature control system, it ensures uniformity of the furnace temperature within ±3-5°C, meeting the AMS2750E standard.
