Well furnace introduction
A common heat treatment equipment, the well furnace features a circular well-shaped structure, suitable for processing long shaft and rod-type workpieces.
The well furnace vertically suspends workpieces from top to bottom for heat treatment to prevent deformation during heating, and can also bear workpieces on the bottom of the furnace.
A furnace referred to as a well furnace when using electricity as the primary heating method is officially known as a well-type resistance furnace. When heated by fuel oil or gas, it is called a fuel oil well furnace or a gas well furnace.

Purpose of the well furnace
Due to the varying heat treatment applications, the well furnace can be used at high temperatures up to 1200°C, medium temperatures of 950°C, and low temperatures of 650°C.
Suitable for high-temperature quenching, annealing, normalizing, and heating, as well as for low-temperature tempering and aging treatments.
Supplies metal parts such as alloy steel, high-speed steel, high manganese high-chromium steel, shafts, tubing, etc., for normalizing, annealing, quenching, and tempering heat treatment in air or protective atmosphere.

The furnace chamber is constructed using high-purity ceramic fiber modules under high pressure, with multiple anchoring for enhanced insulation performance.

Expertly designed heating elements
The heating element consists of a specially designed high-temperature alloy resistance strip, reasonably arranged around the cylindrical furnace chamber for even temperature distribution.
Excellent antioxidant properties, high-temperature resistance, and high load capacity. No cracking at ultra-high temperatures, maintenance-free year-round.
When applied in aerospace precision heat treatment and similar applications, combined with a high-precision temperature control system, the uniformity of the furnace temperature is achieved within ±3-5℃.

Robust and durable furnace structure
The housing is made into a cylindrical structure by tightly welded steel plates.
The furnace body is constructed with thickened steel plates and reinforced with combined channel steel.

Thickened lid for better insulation and good sealing properties.
The lid structure is sturdy and durable, with stable up and down operation when opening and closing.
Equipped with an electrically operated lift lid, featuring sand-sealed or vacuum-sealed closure, the lid has excellent insulation properties.

High-pressure blower, uniform temperature hot air circulation
Heat treatment in the medium and low temperature segment, utilizing a high-pressure circulating fan to create an internal recirculating hot air flow.
With the cooperation of the internal air guidance system and the high-precision heat treatment temperature control system, the uniformity of the furnace temperature is effectively improved.
