Therefore, before juice bottling, the bottles are first rinsed with filtered water, allowing the contaminated water to drip dry. Once the initial rinse cycle is complete, juice beverages often undergo hot filling to enhance production hygiene standards. This is also known as high-temperature filling at room temperature and is produced using a vacuum filling method, which is faster than traditional equipment and yields higher output. The cap is sealed using a constant-force magnetic screw button, ensuring that the bottle mouth is not damaged during the sealing process.
