If planning to build a water source abroad, consider where the water will be sourced from. If the water source is from mountain springs, such water is suitable for mineral or spring water production. Generally, mountain water contains minerals, so it's advisable to use hollow ultrafiltration to retain the minerals. If the source water comes from drilled wells, this type of water is typically suitable for producing pure water, as it usually lacks minerals. RO reverse osmosis should be used to filter out impurities, odors, and colors in the water.
Water Treatment Filtration System

Bottled water must meet sanitation requirements during production. The fully automatic filling machine is integrated with multiple functions. Currently, it requires 10 or more rinsing stations. The filling machine must be rinsed and disinfected before filling. The disinfection part uses hot alkali water and other liquids. The equipment is equipped with a standing liquid tank and a pump, which spray the liquid from the tank into the station for disinfection. After disinfection, the reused water is flushed, followed by rinsing with sterile water. The equipment has a drip-dry function after rinsing, removing any remaining liquid in the empty drums. The filling is done using a flow-type method, which is more precise than the traditional pressure-type filling. The movement of the stations is driven by a large chain-type motor, with a belt-type sealing method that securely presses the lids in place.

The water bottling filling machine is a single unit that includes sterilization, rinsing, filling, and capping. Due to the stringent requirements, an aseptic workshop is required during production, and operators must change into sterile attire before operation. The aseptic workshop is used in conjunction with the ventilation system. With the increasing standards for bottled water, our company's fully automatic bottling water filling equipment meets the production requirements with a 10-station sterilization and rinsing system. The sterilization section is equipped with hot caustic soda sterilization, and there are multiple rinses with recycled and sterile water, all set up with external liquid tanks. These tanks are made of thickened 304 stainless steel combined with the filling machine. The workstations are moved in a sliding manner, constructed from 304 reinforced stainless steel. The driving method uses a flow-based filling process, which is convenient, or it can also be filled using an atmospheric pressure return method, which is simpler. The bottling water's cap is sealed using a stainless steel chain rotation mechanism, which, powered by a motor, can securely press the new caps. The liquid tank valves and pipelines are made of 304 stainless steel, meeting hygiene requirements.

Bottle water filling machines utilize回流式 filling valves, and also offer contactless filling valves to prevent contact with the bottle opening, enhancing hygiene. There are also contactless electronic flow-meter filling valves, which employ a flow-based filling method. This ensures higher accuracy in filling levels, meeting the demands of clients with stringent requirements. They are suitable for customers needing high precision. The bottle sealing method uses an electrically-powered sealing system with a circular, rotating conveyor belt, accommodating different heights and depths of caps. This sealing process is faster, more precise, and avoids the issues of loose seals commonly found in older filling machines, ensuring better yield and quality.

After the empty barrels are thoroughly rinsed, they can be sanitized. The rinsing and sanitizing processes are custom-designed according to national requirements. The filling machine is designed with 10 stations as per the specifications. The filling machine's process includes: hot alkaline water rinsing, draining, sanitizing solution rinsing, draining, circulating water rinsing, and sterile water rinsing. After draining, the filling process begins using a flow-type filling method. Once filled, the caps are sealed using a belt-type sealing method.
After the filling and capping are complete, the external rim of the drum needs to be labeled for banding. This is done using an automatic banding machine, which can be customized according to the label height. The equipment is highly automated; simply hang a roll of labels on it for automatic banding. The banding task can continue by automatically replacing the labels when they are used up.
