The source water for producing pure water typically includes groundwater, lake water, and tap water, which contain certain particles, juice, and microorganisms. The purpose of configuring water treatment equipment is to remove all impurities, resulting in water molecules only, which we refer to as pure water. For safety reasons, ozone sterilization is also arranged. The pure water tank only requires a pipeline to be connected to the liquid cylinder of the filling machine to supply water. Therefore, it is not a problem if the water treatment location is farther away from the pure water filling machine.
The water production process of the equipment is as follows: Using a high-pressure pump, mountain spring water from several hundred meters deep is pumped up and placed into a sand-filled 1st reservoir. After natural coarse filtration, it flows into the 2nd reservoir. Then, through another high-pressure pump, the pre-filtered water sequentially passes through a quartz sand filter, an activated carbon filter, a precision filter, a hollow fiber filter, an ozone mixing tower, and finally into a sterile water tank.
The connecting pipes in the water treatment equipment section are also made of 304 stainless steel and are designed with backwash piping. By reading the pressure gauge parameters of each pure water equipment and detecting the water output, backwashing is performed to remove impurities generated during the filtration process, restoring the production capacity of the pure water equipment. The electrical system of the pure water production line is controlled by a PLC, and the pure water tank is equipped with a water level detection device. When the water level reaches a certain height, the pure water equipment stops working; when it falls below a certain level, the pure water equipment is activated, and the entire pure water production line operates fully automatically.

The multi-media filter for water treatment utilizes a filter with multiple filtration layers, primarily designed to remove particles of manganese, iron heavy metals, silt, rust, colloidal matter, and suspended solids larger than 20um from the raw water. The system can perform backwashing, forward flushing, and a series of operations. Key functions: ensure the equipment's water output and prolong the service life of the equipment.
Water treatment equipment is configured based on the source water quality report. Generally, we recommend users opt for 304 stainless steel instead of glass fiber reinforced plastic. In cases where the water is slightly harder, but rich in trace minerals, a mixture of pure water and mineral water can be used to reduce the calcium and magnesium ion content by a certain degree, which will also result in a reduction of mineral content. The configuration of the water treatment system primarily depends on the source water quality report, aiming to remove impurities, harmful substances, and retain beneficial minerals for the human body. Typically, the system includes a source water tank, booster pump, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, precision filter, hollow fiber filter, or nanofiltration equipment, UV sterilizer, ozone generator, and pure water tank.
