I. Production Line Overview
The 5-15L disposable drum water production line is a fully automatic production line specifically designed for manufacturing large-volume, single-use drinking water drums. It integrates core processes such as blowing, rinsing, filling, sealing, and packaging, featuring modular design for high efficiency, hygiene, and low failure rate. It is suitable for producing drinking water like pure water, mineral water, and mountain spring water. The packaging process follows the filtration system.

Section 2: Complete Equipment Composition
Blow Molding MachineHeated preforms are used for high-temperature, rapid blowing of bottles. The straight-line structure accommodates large capacity needs, ensuring even preform heating, stable molding, and guaranteed barrel strength and sealability. Suitable for blowing bottles of varying thicknesses.
Blowing System

Filling System:The drums are subjected to multiple rinses and disinfections to ensure sterility. After filling, the drums are filled with sterile drinking water, utilizing contactless quantitative filling to prevent liquid contamination, with a filling accuracy of 99.9%, followed by quick sealing. Automated control: PLC system management, supporting 300-5000 drums/hour production capacity adjustment. Components in contact with water are made of 304 stainless steel, meeting food-grade standards.

Post-Packing System
1. Labeling and Heat Shrink Machines: Automatically apply labels and shrink-wrap packaging for flat label assurance.

2. Coding Machine: Prints production date and batch information with clear legibility.

3. Light Inspection Equipment: Inspects for bucket damage, foreign objects, and seal quality.
4. Bagging System: Utilizes an automatic bagging machine to apply a film sleeve to the drum body for once, offering dirt resistance and abrasion resistance.

5. Palletizing Machine: Automated palletizing for increased packaging efficiency.
Filling Requirements: The interior uses a cleanroom with a Class 1000 environment. Personnel must change into sterile attire upon entry and undergo thorough disinfection and cleaning of hands and feet.
