The heating speed of the pulse hot press is adjustable. It features a titanium alloy hot press head, which heats up faster, lasts longer, and ensures even temperature distribution. The pulse hot press head allows for greater temperature control with varying voltages, and the digital pressure gauge ensures the pressure range. During operation, the work surface must be cleaned, the oil path checked for leaks, and the machine preheated before use. The recommended pressure is typically 100-150 Pa, with a temperature around 100°C. Wait for about 5 minutes, then you can place the adhesive-coated workpiece into the hot press.
1. This machine is suitable for TYPE-C, USB enamel wire, miniDP, HDMI, miniSAS, ultra-thin coaxial cables, medical wires, FPC, FFC, and ultra-thin wires with many pins for welding, ensuring even solder points, no bridging, and capable of meeting high-frequency transmission requirements. 2. Equipped with a Japanese temperature control system and a Weilin touch screen, it offers stable performance and temperature control. 3. The user interface is designed for ease and speed of operation. 4. Real-time temperature monitoring feature with a liquid crystal display showing the temperature curve of the welding process. 5. Features automatic blowing and cooling of the welding tip. 6. Easy and quick mold and machine adjustment with system automatic detection and fault alarm functions. 7. Assistance with process introduction and technical support.

Advantages:
The pulse heat press machine can reach the desired temperature instantly upon power-on, and can return to room temperature instantly once the voltage is removed from both ends of the welding head; moreover, the welding head is flat, ensuring that the appearance of the焊接 products is consistent and flat, with minimal instances of poor solder joints.
Application:
Pulse heat press machines are used in the production processes of the following products: USB cable welding, soft ribbon FFC and flexible printed circuit (FPC) or rigid PCB welding, TCP and PCB or FPC welding, FPC and PCB welding, and more.
