The pulse heat press machine generates a low-voltage high current using a transformer, which is then rapidly heated through the welding head. The greater the pulse current output, the faster the welding head heats up. Place the workpiece in the fixture, lower the fixture under the welding head, press the start button, and the welding head presses down on the workpiece, initiating heating. The temperature rises quickly with the input parameters and maintains accurate constant temperature. At this point, solder paste reflows, is blown with cooling air, the welding head rises, the soldering points are even, there's no bridging, and the welding is complete.

Advantages:
Pulse heat press machines can reach the desired temperature instantaneously upon power-on, and can return to room temperature instantly once voltage is not applied to the welding head ends. Moreover, the flatness of the welding head ensures a consistent and smooth appearance of the welds, with minimal occurrences of faulty soldering.
Usage:
Pulse heat press machines are used in the manufacturing processes of the following products: USB cable welding, soft cable FFC and flexible printed circuit (FPC) or rigid printed circuit board (PCB) welding, TCP and PCB or FPC welding, and FPC and PCB welding, etc.
