Advantages:
The pulse heat press can reach the desired temperature instantly upon power-on, and it can return to room temperature instantly once the voltage is removed from the welding head ends; plus, the welding head is flat, ensuring the appearance of the weld is smooth and consistent, with minimal instances of poor solder joints.
Usage:
Pulse heat press machines are used in the production processes of the following products: USB cable welding, soft ribbon FFC and flexible printed circuit (FPC) or rigid printed circuit board (PCB) welding, TCP and PCB or FPC welding, and FPC and PCB welding, etc.

1. This machine is suitable for TYPE-C, USB enamel wire, miniDP, HDMI, miniSAS, ultra-thin coaxial cables, medical wires, FPC, FFC, and ultra-thin wires with many pins for welding, ensuring even焊points without solder bridges, and meeting high-frequency transmission requirements. 2. Equipped with a Japanese temperature control system and a Weilin touch screen, offering stable performance and precise temperature control. 3. The operating interface features a human-machine interface for easy and quick operation. 4. Real-time temperature monitoring with a liquid crystal display showing the temperature curve of the welding process. 5. Features automatic blowing and cooling of the welding tip. 6. Easy and quick mold and machine adjustment, with system automatic detection and fault alarm functions. 7. Assistance with process introduction and technical support.
The pulse heat press offers adjustable heating speed. It utilizes a titanium alloy heat press head, which heats up faster, has a longer lifespan, and ensures consistent temperature. The pulse heat press head allows for better temperature control with varying voltages, and a digital pressure gauge ensures the pressure range. During operation, ensure the work surface is clean, check for oil leaks in the oil path, preheat before use, with the specified pressure usually being 100-150pa and temperature around 100℃, wait for about 5 minutes, then you can place the adhesive-coated workpiece into the heat press.
