XSGThe Series of Rotary Flash Dryers is a drying equipment independently developed by our factory based on the introduction and absorption of foreign technology. The machine is well-designed, compact in structure, has a wide range of application, high production capacity, excellent product quality, high efficiency, energy-saving, and can complete drying, crushing, and sieving in one unit, thus eliminating environmental pollution.
Hot air enters the mixing and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer through the inlet pipe at an appropriate jet speed, exerting strong shearing, blowing, and rotating forces on the material. This results in the material being micronized through centrifugal force, shearing, collision, and friction, enhancing mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically broken down by the agitator. The particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are carried upwards by the swirling air flow, further drying as they rise. Due to the rotational flow of the gas-solid phases, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, leading to a higher relative velocity between the two phases, which strengthens mass and heat transfer between them. Therefore, the machine has a high production intensity.

● The dryer's bottom features a special cooling device, preventing material from undergoing deterioration in the high-temperature bottom zone.
Special pressure-sealed devices and bearing cooling systems effectively extend the service life of the transmission parts.
● A special wind guide device reduces equipment resistance and effectively increases the dryer's air volume capacity.
● The drying chamber is equipped with grading rings and swirl plates, allowing for adjustable particle fineness and final moisture content (e.g., the final moisture content of calcium carbonate can be adjusted to ≤).0.1%)
● Compared to other drying methods, it can effectively increase the material's specific gravity.
High circumferential air velocity in the drying chamber, short material residence time, effectively prevents material sticking to the walls and the degradation of heat-sensitive materials, achieving efficient, rapid, small equipment, and large-scale production.
