Overview:

The ZLG Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer is widely used in the drying, cooling, and humidification processes of powdered granular materials in industries such as chemicals, light industry, food, plastics, grain and oil, slag, salt production, and sugar.

Principle:
Material enters the machine through the feed port and is propelled forward in a continuous horizontal motion under the action of vibration. Hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with the wet material, then the moist air is cleaned by a cyclone separator and exhausted through the exhaust port. The dried material is discharged through the discharge port.
