Overview:
The Disc Continuous Dryer is an efficient heat-conduction continuous drying equipment, characterized by its unique structure and working principle, which ensures high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small footprint, simple configuration, easy operation and control, and a good operating environment. It is widely used in drying operations across various industries such as chemicals, food, feed, and agricultural by-products processing. It has received high praise in practical applications across different industries. It can be categorized into three main types: atmospheric, sealed, and vacuum; available in various specifications including 1200, 1500, 2200, and 3000; and is made of three materials: A (carbon steel), B (stainless steel for the part in contact with the material), and C (an upgrade of B with added steam piping, main shaft, and bracket made of stainless steel, as well as the drum and top cover lined with stainless steel). 1. Atmospheric Type: Due to low air velocity inside the equipment and a moisture distribution pattern with higher humidity at the top and lower at the bottom, dust is difficult to rise to the top of the equipment. Therefore, the exhaust gas emitted from the moisture exhaust outlet at the top contains almost no dust.
2. Sealed Type: Equipped with a solvent recovery unit, which allows for convenient recovery of organic solvents in wet gases. The solvent recovery unit is simple, with a high recovery rate. For materials that are flammable, explosive, toxic, and easily oxidizable, nitrogen can be used as the carrier for the closed-loop circulation of wet gases, ensuring safe operation. Particularly suitable for drying flammable, explosive, and toxic materials.
3. Vacuum Type: A disk drier that operates under vacuum conditions, particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
