5. The GLB series high-efficiency energy-saving self-priming pump is designed with an intelligent vacuum pump unit. The pump set does not require water引流, and can produce normal water flow in 0-15 seconds after starting. Instructions for Energy-Saving Self-Priming Pump

1. The pump set should be vertically mounted during installation to ensure smooth operation of the motor and pump shaft.

2. The lower end of the pump's inlet pipe must be equipped with a filter screen to prevent large particles and impurities from being吸入 into the pump, causing entanglement or damage to the impeller. When connecting the inlet pipe to the pump's intake, the screws must ensure even force distribution to ensure the liquid intake pipe does not leak air.

3. When installing the drainage pipe, one check valve must be installed (user-provided). Before starting the pump, the valve must be tightly closed to ensure the pump's water flow speed.

4. Prior to starting the pump, the cooling water pipe should be flushed to prevent dry running of the mechanical seal. Additionally, check the flexibility of the pump's main shaft and use a partial power method to verify the pump's direction. Only start the pump at full pressure once the correct direction is confirmed.

5. The outlet piping and valves of the pump should be securely mounted on the support bracket (user-provided). All piping except for the pump assembly must be connected to the pump assembly without any load. All pipe connections must be tight and airtight; otherwise, it will affect the self-priming function, flow rate, and head.

6. When transporting liquids, the flow rate, head, and suction head must be kept within the range specified by the selected model. Otherwise, it may cause fluctuations in the motor current, affecting normal operation.

7. This pump operates on the principle of vacuum pump self-priming. It is strictly prohibited to enlarge the diameter of the suction pipe at installation, as this may affect the suction speed and cause the motor to overheat due to excessive current, leading to damage.

8. This pump is mounted on a derrick-style setup. For installation dimensions, customers may request them from our company after placing an order.
