Overview
This pump combines self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge features. It can operate like a general clean water self-priming pump without the need for a bottom valve or water filling, yet it can also suction waste containing particles, solid blocks, long fibers, sludge, mineral impurities, feces, and all types of engineering wastewater. It greatly reduces the labor intensity for workers, and it is easy to use, move, install, requires minimal maintenance, and performs stably.
Eligibility Conditions
1. Environmental temperature ≤ 45°C, medium temperature ≤ 60°C.
2. Medium pH for cast iron pumps is 6-9, and for stainless steel pumps is 1-14.
3. Particle size up to 60% of the pump's diameter, fiber length 5 times the diameter.
4. Impurities in the medium never exceed 15% of the total weight of the medium, and the medium's specific gravity does not exceed 1240 kg/m³. Product Features:

Application Scope
1. Suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire prevention, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, dyeing, printing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, papermaking, oil, mining, equipment cooling, oil tanker unloading, and more.
2. Suitable for liquid media with clear or seawater, acidic or alkaline chemical properties, and general paste-like consistency (medium viscosity < 100 centipoise, solid content up to 30% or less)
3. Fitted with an oscillating spray nozzle, the water can be projected into the air and dispersed into a fine drizzle for misting. It is an excellent tool for farms, nurseries, orchards, and tea plantations.
4. Compatible with any model and specification of filter press, the ideal pump type for delivering slurry to the filter press for pressure filtration.
