I. Product Application:
The WFZB self-contained self-priming pump features temperature resistance, pressure resistance, wear resistance, "one-time guiding," and "lifetime self-priming." It is currently produced in various materials including PTFE-lined, polyether chloride, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, polypropylene, stainless steel, cast steel, pig iron, and more. It is widely used in industries such as electronics, power, chemical, metallurgy, medicine, food, electroplating, environmental protection, fire fighting, municipal, water purification, textile dyeing and printing, mining, and ore dressing.
II. Product Features:
The WFZB self-contained, self-priming pump with no leakage utilizes a leak-proof V-type sealing assembly, eliminating traditional pump packing seals, gasket seals, and mechanical seals, completely controlling "leakage, spilling, dripping, and oozing." It is the most ideal equipment to replace various long shaft submersible pumps, submersible sludge pumps, and other similar pumps. The disadvantages of this structural pump are: one, liquid leaks outward along the shaft direction when the pump stops, which is not suitable for applications with frequent equipment startups; two, the impeller consumes too much power, resulting in low pump efficiency.
The improved structure of the WFZB self-priming pump, featuring a sealed design, achieves three benefits: it enhances pump efficiency, reduces motor power consumption, and suppresses the leakage phenomenon during pump shutdown.
The sealing device during operation is frictionless and wear-free, with a lifespan 10 times longer than similar products. Adopting the principle of vacuum pumps and stable self-priming performance, it truly achieves "one-time priming, lifelong self-priming" with the "electromagnetic air control valve." It boasts high efficiency, low vibration, low noise, flexible movement, easy disassembly, easy installation, and does not require foot bolt fixation, eliminating difficulties in transporting, installing, and maintaining long shaft submersible pumps. Section 4: Method of Design
The WFZB self-contained, leak-proof, automatic self-priming pumps come in five models: Model 1 is rectangular, Model 2 is conical, Model 3 is explosion-proof, Model 4 is outdoor, and Model 5 is a trolley-mounted mobile type.
WFZB Self-priming Pumps feature flow rates from 0.75 to 6850 m3/h, heads from 5 to 132m, suction port diameters from 16 to 800 mm, and discharge port diameters from 10 to 600 mm.
