Product Introduction
The FSZ Corrosion-Resistant Self-Priming Centrifugal Pump is a steel-lined plastic structure designed for corrosion resistance. The materials used for the flow parts include polypropylene (PP), polyperfluoroethylene (F2), and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). This pump is suitable for transferring corrosive clear liquids up to 80℃. The FSZ-K model can handle slurries with a solids content of up to 15% (by volume).
Compared to other similar anti-corrosion self-priming pumps in the market, this series of pumps has distinct advantages:
Firstly, it utilizes a proprietary lining technology that ensures non-detachment, non-deformation, and non-cracking, which firmly anchors the lining to the pump's steel housing, providing superior quality over other lined self-priming pumps.
Secondly, compared to other all-plastic self-priming pumps, it boasts excellent resistance to thermal deformation. When the pump operates at certain temperatures, the pump cavity will not deform like an all-plastic self-priming pump, thereby preventing any subsequent malfunctions.
