I. Overview

The FZB (L) type anti-corrosion self-priming pump is a small self-priming pump with a steel-lined fluoroplastic structure, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and self-priming capabilities. It is suitable for absorbing highly corrosive media with strong oxidizing properties, such as full-concentration sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and organic solvents. Typical applications include:

1. Transfer liquid from storage slots to the measuring tank.

2. Unloading from trucks, ships, etc.

II. Structural Features and Technical Performance

This series of pumps features a structure with steel-lined fluoroplastic (F46), combining the excellent corrosion resistance of plastic pumps with the strength of metal pumps. The pump body exhibits superior resistance to thermal deformation, stress damage caused by pipeline thermal expansion and contraction, reliability in installation, and vibration resistance, all of which outperform fully plastic self-priming pumps.

The FZB(L) miniature fluoroplastic self-priming pump features mechanical seals and is constructed with fluoroplastic flow components. It is suitable for clear liquid media at temperatures below 80°C. The sealing gaskets in contact with the medium are made of nitrile rubber, fluororubber (F246), or fluoroplastic (F4, F46), which can be selected according to the user's operating conditions. This series of pumps only requires filling with liquid before starting up, allowing it to evacuate vacuum and transport liquids safely and conveniently.
