Product Overview
The head of this insulated cooling type cam rotor pump is equipped with an internal circulating fluid passage. A one-in-one-out connector is located above the pump body, facilitating the connection of hot water, hot oil, steam, and other heating fluids at the usage site. The pump's insulation structure is simple and reliable, does not occupy external space of the pump body, and is easy to install. The pump usually comes with a mechanical seal lubrication system. Adding the appropriate lubricating oil to the oil cup at the mechanical seal connection can extend the service life of the seal and ensure its long-term operation.
Product Introduction
The cam rotor pump is a volumetric pump with a pair of cams rotating in opposite directions within its cavity. Our company is committed to integrating product development with practical applications, continuously upgrading and refining our products. Based on years of research and experience, we have determined a series of rotor pumps for various operating conditions: chemical, food, and general-purpose types, among others. Depending on the operating conditions and the medium being transported, the products are equipped accordingly. This ensures that the rotor pump operates stably, efficiently, and safely across a range of different applications, providing fluid transportation solutions that meet the actual requirements of various operating conditions.
Operating Principle
The cam rotor pump has multiple volume chambers formed by two rotors and the pump housing. When the two rotors rotate in opposite directions synchronously, the volume of these chambers cyclically decreases to increase, and then increases to decrease, to achieve the purpose of transporting fluids. The mechanical energy input to the pump's main shaft is converted into kinetic energy of the transported fluid by the pump. The flow rate of the pump depends on the volume of the working chamber and the frequency of its change per unit time, and is theoretically unrelated to the discharge pressure; the two rotors, which rotate in opposite directions synchronously driven by the drive shaft (with 1-8 blades), generate suction (vacuum) at the inlet as the volume increases during rotation. Afterward, the two rotors and the pump housing form a fixed volume chamber, and as the volume decreases at the pump's outlet, the material is output, resulting in high vacuum and transport pressure.
