1. Welded pump body with jacketed structure, ensuring uniform heating of the body, low starting torque, and no damage to the mechanical seal, significantly extending the service life of the mechanical seal.
2. Axial force is utilized with a low-pressure balancing method, ensuring excellent stress conditions for the screw and sleeve, thereby extending the pump's service life.
3. The tooth profile angle is 0.16π, and the surface only transmits torque generated by liquid friction, thus preventing any surface wear on the rod.
4. The main shaft axial force is balanced by the balancing piston, with the rolling bearings only bearing a minimal axial force, thus greatly extending the bearing service life. Depending on the operating conditions, either an internal or external bearing structure can be adopted.
5. No flow pulsation is produced during the conveyance of media.
