Product Description
A positive displacement pump, the转子 pump features a cavity with a pair of cams rotating in sync in opposite directions. Our company is committed to integrating technology development with practical applications, continuously upgrading and refining our products. Based on years of research and experience, we have determined a series of rotor pumps suitable for different working conditions: chemical, food, and general-purpose types, among others. When operating under various conditions and transporting different media, the pump utilizes corresponding configurations, ensuring the rotor pump performs stably, efficiently, and safely across diverse applications. We offer fluid transportation solutions that meet the actual requirements of various working conditions for our customers.
Operating Principle
The Helishi positive displacement pump consists of multiple chambers formed by two rotors and the pump housing. When the two rotors rotate in opposite directions synchronously, the chambers work cyclically—expanding, maintaining a fixed volume, and then contracting—to transport fluids. The motor and reducer drive the pump shaft, converting electrical energy into kinetic energy of the fluid medium being transported. The pump's flow rate depends on the volume of the working chamber and its frequency of change per unit time, not on the discharge pressure (theoretically not, and without considering the viscosity and fluidity of the material); the rotors are driven by a drive shaft and synchronized gears to rotate in opposite directions synchronously, forming a fixed volume chamber between the rotors and the pump housing during rotation. This chamber, at the inlet, expands from small to large, creating suction (vacuum) to draw in material, and at the outlet, contracts from large to small, forming a pressure to push out the material. The pump's volume chamber characteristics allow for the effective transport of soft, friable solid materials with large particle sizes, such as fruit-pulp particles in food materials.

Product Features
Rotor and pump housing, with a certain gap between rotors, no contact, and no friction; the pump chamber contains no wear parts, resulting in a long service life.
No need to remove the pump from the pipeline; simply open the pump cover for online maintenance, saving time and providing convenience.
Friction-free pump chamber, low energy loss, low failure rate, reliable sealing, and low noise.
Can handle materials with poor flowability, such as high viscosity, high concentration, and containing soft solid particles.
The pump's output flow can be adjusted by varying the pump speed within a certain range, making it suitable for general metering pump use.
Available in various connection types such as flanged, threaded, and clamp-style, with directional options of either horizontal or vertical flow.
A wide variety of materials are transported.
Built-in thermal insulation and cooling structure design, excellent thermal conductivity, space-saving, and easy installation.
Configurable Sanitary Safety Valves with integrated pumps, effectively providing overpressure protection for piping systems.
Rubber rotor pumps are capable of transferring sludge, wastewater, and materials containing solid particles. For details, refer to the rubber rotor pump introduction.
