Product Introduction

This equipment is designed for the hot pressing and die-cutting of rolls, with a high working speed of up to 2,000 times per hour. It can be customized with various functions such as lamination, punching, waste removal, collection, and cutting according to customer requirements.

The equipment features the following characteristics:

(One) Utilizes a four-column, three-plate structure, with the vertical accuracy of the movable plate controlled by four precise guide sleeves. The parallel accuracy between the lower and upper working surfaces at any point is within 0.05MM.

(2) Automatic counting feature, available in manual and fully automatic control modes, manual for easy mold installation, equipped with an emergency rise button.

(3) Customers can adjust the hot pressing temperature, time, and closing height at their own discretion for easy operation.

(Four) Dual intelligent eyes for feeding and cutting configuration, servo-driven feeding, sandblasted finish on the feeding roller, ensuring multi-directional accuracy in feeding.

(H) The hydraulic system is equipped with a cooler, ensuring the stability of long-term machine operation and extending the service life of the equipment.

(6) The standard machine worktable has an effective size of 550*400mm, capable of producing materials up to 450mm wide. Other specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.
