In addition to the plastic material structure, the precision of lamination directly affects yield rate and appearance. To achieve uniform product thickness and stable bonding, higher requirements are placed on equipment temperature, pressure, and pressing accuracy. Equipment selection includes servo electric cylinder configuration, capable of real-time monitoring of actual pressure, stroke, position, etc., with a temperature control module using high-speed computing intelligent PID temperature control.
Features of the Equipment
(1) Safety Components:
High-precision safety light grid, to prevent hands from accidentally entering the mold.
The side door is equipped with a limit switch, and the equipment will stop immediately when the side door is opened.
The C equipment is equipped with a leakage protection switch to prevent electrical leakage accidents.
(2) Mold Function:
The equipment is equipped with a universal mold panel, which allows for the selection of mounting hole positions based on the product size.
Parameter Storage Function:
Molds can be numbered for storage of production process parameters. Entering the mold number can directly retrieve the equipment's memory parameters for production, facilitating management.
(4) Equipment Functions:
1. Quick and slow press speeds, as well as position adjustments, are available. The press can be quickly lowered without contacting the product, enhancing production efficiency.
2. Pressure size is adjustable and displays the actual pressure in real-time.
3. Individual PID temperature control for upper and lower molds.
4. Molding frame parallelism is adjustable.
