In addition to the plastic material structure, the precision of lamination directly affects yield rate and appearance. To achieve uniform product thickness and stable bonding, high requirements are placed on equipment temperature, pressure, and pressing accuracy. The equipment is configured with servo electric cylinders, allowing for real-time monitoring of actual pressure, stroke, and position, and the temperature control module utilizes high-speed calculation intelligent PID temperature control.
Equipment Features
(1) Safety Components:
High-precision safety light grid to prevent hands from accidentally entering the mold.
The side door is equipped with a limit switch, and the equipment will stop immediately when the side door is opened.
The C equipment is equipped with a leakage protection switch to prevent electrical leakage accidents.
（ii）Mold Function:
The equipment is equipped with a universal mold panel, which allows for the selection of mounting holes based on the product size.
(3) Parameter Storage Function:
Molds can be numbered for storage of production process parameters. Inputting the mold number allows for direct retrieval of equipment memory parameters for production, facilitating management.
Section 4: Equipment Function
1. The press can adjust the speed and position of the loading and unloading at any time. It can be quickly pressed down when the product is not in contact, thereby improving production efficiency.
2. Pressure is adjustable and the actual pressure is displayed in real-time.
3. Individual PID temperature control for top and bottom molds.
4. Molding frame parallelism is adjustable.
