This series of hydraulic presses is widely used for cutting protective films for various cell phones, digital cameras, and laptop LCD screens, as well as for various self-adhesive, half-cut, and other types; for die-cutting silicone and plastic buttons for various cell phones or remote controls; and for whole and partial cutting of plastic products. Suitable for use with non-guided simple cutting molds, it is an essential equipment choice for the vast cell phone, computer, and camera industries.

This series of hydraulic machine tools is powered by liquid pressure ranging from 1 to 14MPA, and is connected to a three-phase AC380V 50HZ or three-phase AC220 60HZ power supply. The total power consumption does not exceed 3.7KW. (Single-phase AC220 domestic power supply can also be used upon customer request.)
2. This series of equipment transmits energy through a liquid medium, boasting high efficiency with an average cutting cycle time of less than 0.6 seconds.
3. Noise level during standby does not exceed 80 decibels (Single-phase motor selected, noise level during standby is 85 decibels).
4. Utilizing a four-column, three-plate structure, the vertical precision of the movable plate is controlled by four precision guide bushes, with parallel accuracy between the lower and upper working surfaces at any point reaching below 0.08MM.
5. Utilizing adjustable positioning hydraulic cylinders, the dead center positioning accuracy is high, with a repeatable precision below 0.01mm, ensuring precise cutting depth.
6. Features automatic counting function with manual and semi-automatic control modes. Manual operation allows the upper mold to stop at any stroke range. Equipped with an emergency return button and optional infrared hand guard device.
