Product Introduction

Quick母子缸 (K): Combines the fast cylinder speed with stable hydraulic cylinder pressure, featuring adjustable pressure and optional output from 10-200T. One stroke can be set for quick to slow conversion, commonly known as two-speed. Recommended for the production of medium to large household appliance panels.

(HOB/SOB Hydraulic Cylinders): Leveraging the fast molding speed requirement of the IMD hot pressing machine, the advantage of HOB/SOB hydraulic cylinders lies in producing small-area products such as mobile phone accessories and small household appliances.

(2) Gas-Liquid Pressure Boost (Q): Gas-liquid hybrid power, with relatively stable pressure compared to conventional cylinders, suitable for the production of small and medium-sized panels, electronic components, and other products.

(3) Multi-functional Human-Machine Interface

① Intuitive Temperature Input: The required temperature for IMD heat press production is directly entered via the touch screen, with analog output and solid-state module for automatic voltage conversion and temperature adjustment.

② Memory Parameter Function: The molding pressure time, heating time, and heating temperature of the IMD hot pressing machine can be numbered and recorded for long-term technical parameter storage. Inputting the number allows for the retrieval of production parameters, facilitating production management.

③Stable Heater Plate Operation: The variable frequency inverter drives the heater plate with a synchronous motor, ensuring smooth and efficient operation to minimize vibration and extend the lifespan of the heating tube.

④ Pre-set Sleep Function: Once the IMD hot pressing machine reaches the pre-set time without operator intervention, the heating plate automatically turns off, the motor shuts down, truly achieving energy-saving and environmental protection.

(4) The three-plate and four-pillar structure features high parallel accuracy, effectively extending mold life and enhancing product stability.

Column structure is made of high-strength alloy steel, with a hard chrome plating for excellent wear resistance.
