The mechanical safety section features dual-axis adjustable mechanical positioning for the oil cylinders, which can control the lower position to ensure the thickness of the compressed product, with a repeat accuracy up to 0.02MM. The design of mold loading and unloading is simple, convenient, and quick. The operating surface is equipped with an infrared safety device, while the non-operating side uses an overall safety protection door, effectively avoiding potential safety hazards during operation. 4. The control methods for the industrial control section are manual and semi-automatic. The manual mode facilitates mold installation and alignment, while the semi-automatic mode can control the holding pressure time, suitable for various product requirements for pressing time.
5. The hydraulic section utilizes a differential pressure circuit design for low noise and rapid movement requirements. In standby mode, it reduces energy consumption. The quick-to-slow mechanism enhances work efficiency rapidly while producing shaped products effectively at a slower speed. The cooling system maintains oil temperature at ambient levels for continuous operation.
