Reinforced truss floor deck is a composite template that consists of steel rebars processed into a truss shape using imported equipment in a factory, then welded together with galvanized steel plates to form an integrated structure. This template system combines the steel rebars within the concrete floor with the construction formwork into a single load-bearing component, capable of supporting the weight of wet concrete and construction loads during the construction phase. Additionally, this component can serve as a lateral support for steel beams. In service, the reinforced truss works together with the concrete to bear the service loads.
Reinforced steel truss deck material is cost-effective, with a particularly evident comprehensive cost advantage, meaning the product offers high value for money. Compared to other steel equipment, the deck products can enhance the quality and efficiency of installation; this equipment is also suitable for large-span deck installations, which can reduce construction costs and help users save on renovation expenses; using this equipment can also shorten the project timeline and reduce on-site installation costs.
Reinforced steel truss floor deck construction technology
Process Flow
Tension line → Deck cleaning → Hoisting → Deck laying → Cutting → Bonding → Side welding, end welding → Hole leaving → Sealing → Inspection → Nailing → Block construction → Reinforcement laying → Embedment installation → Concrete pouring and curing.
2. Method of profile connection
Reinforced truss deck panels are connected to steel beams, with the end of the panels spot-welded to the beam's penetration point, and intermediate sections bonded through stud welding with the steel beam. The panels are connected to each other using clamping pliers to bite the pressure holes. The ends are spot-welded to the steel beam or reinforced truss deck panel with galvanized edge steel plates.
⑵When connecting steel truss floor deck to concrete walls, angle steel should be added and secured to the concrete wall with expansion bolts, connecting the floor to the concrete wall (column).
Reinforced truss floor decks facilitate transportation and installation, making them easier and more convenient to erect. They help reduce the workload for on-site reinforcement work and can also decrease the amount of dismantling required. In construction, the role of reinforced truss floor decks is quite significant.
Reinforced truss floor decks are more robust than simple reinforced steel products due to their more rational stress distribution, ensuring easier quality assurance in construction. The steel materials within the reinforced truss floor decks are arranged uniformly, with guaranteed spacing between the steel bars and the thickness of the concrete laid, enhancing the overall lifespan of the building. The product allows for adjustable steel and truss sizes to better utilize the equipment.
