Fermenter

Product Overview
Our designed fermenters are of the standard type, which adopts a jacketed design for capacities under 6 cubic meters. The cooling or heating of the fermentation gas is accomplished through the jacket. For capacities above 6 cubic meters, the cooling of the fermentation gas is handled by vertical piping, and we have made improvements to the piping connections inside the tank. This design primarily avoids unnecessary holes and dead corners on the tank body, yielding satisfactory results in actual use.
Fermentation equipment vessels can be divided into two main categories: one is the conical type for anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the tank type for aerobic fermentation (such as standard, Wu, and self-priming types, etc.). The standard type is particularly widely used for this equipment. The series of fermentation tank design drawings and materials from our factory belong to the standard type. When designing various specifications of fermentation equipment, we ensure a tight design structure with sufficient strength and service life, aiming for minimal internal accessories, a smooth surface, and good gas and steam contact as well as steam jet mixing performance to facilitate effective mass transfer and gas exchange. Sufficient heat exchange area is provided to ensure fermentation can occur at an appropriate temperature. We emphasize the equipment's sealing performance to ensure sterilization operations.
