Fermentation Tank Series

Our designed fermentation tanks come in standard cylindrical shape. For tanks with a nominal volume of 6M3 or less, a jacketed design is used. Cooling or heating of the fermentation gas is achieved through the jacket. For tanks with a nominal volume above 6M3, the cooling of the fermentation gas is handled by vertical piping, and we have made improvements in the piping connections within the tank. This continuous method has yielded satisfactory results in practical use.
Fermentation equipment tanks are divided into two main categories: one is the conical type for anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the tank type for aerobic fermentation (such as standard,伍式, self-priming, etc.). The standard type is the most commonly used among these equipment. Our factory's fermentation tank series design documents belong to the standard type. When designing various specifications of fermentation equipment, we ensure a tight design structure with sufficient strength and service life, aiming for minimal internal accessories, a smooth surface, and good gas contact and mixing performance to facilitate effective mass transfer and gas exchange. There is adequate heat exchange area to ensure fermentation can occur at an appropriate temperature. We place importance on the equipment's sealing performance to ensure sterilization operations.
