Our fermentation tanks come in standard design, which utilizes a jacketed structure for capacities under 6 cubic meters. Cooling or heating of the fermentation gas is achieved through the jacket. For capacities above 6 cubic meters, cooling is handled by vertical piping, and we have made improvements to the piping connections inside the tank. This continuous method has yielded good results in actual use, mainly by avoiding additional holes and dead corners in the tank body.

Fermentation equipment vessels are divided into two main categories: one is the conical type for aerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the vessel type specifically for aerobic fermentation (such as standard,伍式, self-priming, etc.). The standard-type vessels are particularly widely used in this category. When designing fermentation equipment of various specifications, ensure a tight design structure with sufficient strength and service life. Aim for minimal internal accessories, a smooth surface, and good gas-liquid contact and mixing performance to facilitate efficient mass transfer and gas exchange. Adequate heat exchange area is provided to ensure fermentation can proceed at an appropriate temperature. Pay attention to the equipment's sealing performance to ensure sterilization operations.
