Condensation Crystallization Slicer

Product Overview
A crystallization (heating) cutting machine is a cooling crystallization process where molten material in the feeding pan comes into contact with a cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange occurs between the material film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a blade, forming sheet-like products.
The drum drying process is a continuous operation that heats and dries materials or strip materials adhering to the outer wall of a rotating drum through heat transfer.
