Condensation Crystallization Slicer

Product Overview
A crystallization (heating) slicing machine is a cooling crystallization process where the molten material in the feeding pan contacts the cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange occurs between the material film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a blade, resulting in a sheet-like product.
The drum dryer is a continuous process that heats and dries materials or strip materials adhered to the outer wall of a rotating drum, utilizing heat transfer through rotation.
