Slicer

Product Overview
A crystallization (heating) slicing machine is a cooling crystallization process where the molten material in the feed pan comes into contact with the cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange occurs between the material film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a scraper, resulting in a sheet-like product.
A drum dryer is a continuous process that uses rotating drums to heat and dry materials or strip materials adhered to the outer wall of the drum through heat transfer.
