Slicer

Product Overview
A crystallizing (heating) slicer is a cooling crystallization process where molten material in the feeding pan comes into contact with a cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange occurs between the film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a scraper, resulting in sheet-like products.
The drum drying process is a continuous operation that utilizes rotating drums to heat and dry materials or strip materials adhered to the outer surface of the drums through heat transfer.
