Electrically heated reactor

Product Overview
The electrically heated reaction kettle features rapid heating, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, environmental pollution-free, no need for a boiler for automatic temperature control, and ease of use. It heats the heat-conducting oil inside the jacket with an electric heating rod, raising the oil temperature to the required level, and then uses a temperature measuring controller to shut off the electric heating rod to maintain a constant temperature. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. The material commonly used is 304 stainless steel.
Electrically heated stainless steel reaction vessels are suitable for reactors and resin equipment over 500L.
Please specify the working pressure, temperature, and medium when ordering the above equipment.
Other special specifications can be designed separately.
