Stainless steel reactor

Product Overview
Stainless steel reaction vessels are pressure vessels primarily used for completing physical and chemical reactions, such as reactors, oxidation vessels, decomposition reactors, polymerization reactors, crystallization reactors, etc. Large-scale stainless steel reactors with a volume of 80m3, pressure of 10MPa, and single unit weight of 100T can be manufactured. Heating methods include electric, steam, thermal oil, and infrared; cooling methods are jacketed, external coil, and internal coil cooling, with variable speed from 0 to 1000r/min. The type of impeller can be selected according to customer requirements. Materials can be carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum alloy, duplex steel, and their composite materials.
Based on different sealing types of the stainless steel reactor, they can be categorized into: packed sealing, mechanical sealing, and magnetic sealing.
Based on the manufacturing structure of the stainless steel reaction kettle, it can be divided into three main categories: open flat cover reaction kettle, open butt-welded large flange reaction kettle, and closed reaction kettle. Each structure has its own application scope, advantages, and disadvantages.
