1. The features of the stamping bearing seat include excellent corrosion resistance. Both the roller and the sealing parts are made of high polymer materials, making them highly resistant to corrosion. In corrosive environments, their service life can exceed that of ordinary roller by 5 times or more.
2. Roller bodies are available in two main materials: MC nylon and polyurethane, chosen based on the characteristics of corrosive substances in the operating environment. They are wear-resistant and have a long service life. The high polymer material specifically for roller bodies has mechanical properties similar to bronze, offering excellent wear resistance and good self-lubricating properties without damaging the belt.
3. Reasonably structured and reliably sealed. The roller features two sealing systems, high manufacturing precision, and is coated with special lubricating grease inside the gaps, effectively preventing dust, gases, and liquids from entering the roller and damaging the bearings. It is lightweight with low rotational inertia.
