They are wear-resistant and have a long service life. The high polymer material specifically for roller bodies has mechanical properties similar to bronze, offering excellent wear resistance and good self-lubricating capabilities without damaging the belt.
3. Structurally sound with reliable sealing. The roller features double sealing, high manufacturing precision, and is coated with special lubricant within the gap, effectively preventing dust, gases, and liquids from entering the roller interior and damaging the bearings. It is lightweight with minimal rotational inertia.
