The PAE microporous filter (also known as PAPE filter rod tube filter) uses sintered composition pipes as the filtration medium. After preliminary treatment, the wastewater and exhaust gas containing suspended solids pass through the medium, effectively retaining solid particles larger than 0.5 micrometers, achieving the goal of removing suspended solids. The quick gas backflushing simultaneously elevates the filter tube, ensuring a sealed and safe filtration process with no gas leakage. The specially designed sealing rings allow for the rapid closure of the large-diameter pneumatic slag discharge bottom cover, making it unnecessary to use lifting equipment for cover removal, and facilitating easier and faster cleaning and maintenance.

Odorless, non-toxic, and free of foreign matter leakage, making it suitable for applications in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, electroplating, water treatment, and oil field water injection.
