Screw blade film evaporators are evaporative and distillation equipment that utilize high-speed rotation to distribute liquids into a uniform film for evaporation or distillation. They can also be used for deodorization, degassing reactions, as well as heating and cooling unit operations. This equipment utilizes a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, which can form a film even at low flow rates. The sediment in the treatment liquid adhering to the inner surface of the drum's evaporative section can be quickly removed by the moving scraper. Compared to a scraper evaporator with fixed gaps, the evaporation capacity can be increased by 40-69%. It boasts the following performance and features:
1. High thermal conductivity, with a large evaporation capacity, the evaporation intensity can reach 200 kg/m2·hr, and high thermal efficiency.
