The YND series single board dryer is composed of the housing, transmission system, heating system, and control system. The single board is longitudinally fed into the feeding port and moves forward between the two rows of roller cylinders. Hot air is blown out from the exhaust port within the housing, continuously blowing up and down on the single board to ensure even heating. This results in flat, evenly moisture-content boards after drying.
Transmission System: Single board is longitudinally inserted into the feeding opening, driven by chains to rotate the upper and lower rows of roller shafts, which run against each other. The upper roller is pressed against the single board by its own weight, ensuring the board is smooth, glossy, and free of marks after drying.
Dry System: High-temperature, high-speed hot air is blown out through the nozzle, blowing up and down on the single board, piercing the critical layer formed by saturated steam, thereby accelerating the speed of heat and moisture exchange.
Control System: Utilizes a stepless speed variator, adjusting the operating speed flexibly based on the thickness and moisture content of the boards.
The YND series single board dryers are suitable for drying single board thickness of 0.3mm-5mm, with feed opening sizes ranging from 1.35m to 3m, custom-made based on the user's production capacity and board specifications.
Based on the customer's production volume and product flatness requirements, various drying methods are available for selection, including roller drying, belt drying, oven drying, and tunnel drying.
