Direct-fired gas hot air furnace consists of: burner, hot air furnace body, blower, and power distribution control cabinet.
Direct-fired gas hot air furnace uses gas or liquefied petroleum gas as fuel. The liquefied petroleum gas (requires a vaporizer) is mixed thoroughly with air in the burner nozzle through a valve assembly, then directly sprayed into the combustion chamber as a clean, high-temperature flame. After complete combustion, clean high-temperature flue gas, around 1300 degrees, is adjusted through secondary air distribution to the required hot air temperature for production. The hot air then flows through hot air ducts into the drying equipment to dry the material.
Due to the high-temperature flue gas produced by combustion being fully directed into the drying equipment, the thermal efficiency of the gas-fired hot air furnace is generally as high as 95%-98%.
Its features include:
1. Safe and reliable. The furnace inner shell is made of heat-resistant stainless steel, ensuring a long service life.
2. Low investment, low operation costs, and high thermal efficiency.
3. One-year warranty on products, lifetime service.
