Exhaust gas direct combustion hot air furnace is fueled by gas (liquefied petroleum gas, biomass gas), made of steel, with an internal lining and exterior decoration. It features a forced ventilation and circulation cooling design. The gas and combustible air are burned completely at high temperatures within the lining, with a large flame area and high thermal efficiency. The blowing flame temperature can reach up to 800-1000 degrees, and the outlet temperature of the furnace can be adjusted to 400-600 degrees, based on the set temperature inside the kiln.
Features:
Connect the bottom air intake pipe of the kiln to the outlet of the flue gas direct combustion furnace, and the upper air intake pipe to the intake of the furnace. Reheat and recirculate the recovered hot air within the kiln to achieve fuel savings through continuous circulation.
2. Temperature regulation achieves automatic temperature control, with the kiln's internal temperature controlling the output of the burner.
3. Equipped with an automatic protection system.
