A gas hot air furnace typically consists of: a burner, the main body of the hot air furnace, a blower, and an electrical control cabinet.
【Operating Principle】Gas or liquefied petroleum gas (requiring a vaporizer) passes through the valve assembly, where it is thoroughly mixed with air and burned at the burner nozzle. The resulting clean, high-temperature flame is then directly sprayed into the combustion chamber. After complete combustion, a clean, high-temperature flue gas at about 1300 degrees is distributed through secondary air distribution to reach the desired temperature for the production process. The heated air then flows through the hot air ducts into the drying equipment for the material drying process.
Due to the fact that the high-temperature flue gas produced by combustion enters the drying equipment entirely, the thermal efficiency of the gas-fired hot air furnace is generally very high, reaching 95%-98%.
Key features include:
1. Safe and reliable. The furnace inner shell is made of heat-resistant stainless steel material, offering a long service life.
2. Low investment, low operating costs, and high thermal efficiency.
3. One-year warranty on products, lifetime service.
