Steam wood drying equipment consists of the drying chamber shell, control system, heating system, drying chamber piping, circulation system, steam injection, and exhaust system.
1. The drying room is constructed using wall panel assembly or on-site construction methods, offering excellent insulation and durability.
2. The control system operates simply and quickly, allowing for precise control of drying process data at various drying stages to ensure rapid, stable, and even drying of wood. The control system can be selected in automatic, semi-automatic, or manual control modes.
3. The heating system employs aluminum fin radiators, evenly distributed throughout the drying chamber. They are highly corrosion-resistant and offer high thermal efficiency, with rapid and stable temperature rise.
4. The recirculation system utilizes a forced circulation method. The drying chamber is equipped with a high-temperature and high-humidity axial fan, which automatically operates in both directions to ensure rapid and even airflow through the material stack. This eliminates blind spots in all areas of the stack, achieving uniform heat and moisture exchange, and results in fast and even drying.
5. The steam and exhaust systems ensure precise humidity conditions throughout the entire wood drying process, preventing issues such as cracking, warping, and discoloration.
6. The drying room design is flexible and user-friendly. It can be customized to accommodate single, double, or multiple drying rooms based on the user's needs. The drying room can also be constructed with brick masonry or retrofitted to an existing kiln, saving costs.
