The wood drying equipment consists of a kiln body, heating system, circulation system, steam spray system, control system, and exhaust system. It is suitable for various loading methods such as forklift loading, rail loading, and manual loading.
This equipment is equipped with multi-section circulating heat exchange chambers and steam jackets, enabling rapid temperature rise and humidity addition. It fully meets the temperature and humidity requirements during the wood drying process, thereby shortening the drying cycle. The moisture content of the dried wood is uniform, and the wood properties are stable, resolving issues such as cracking, deformation, and discoloration during the drying process, and improving yield.
Utilizing a multi-stage heat exchange process, the fuel's heat is fully utilized, enhancing thermal efficiency and the combustion rate of the fuel. The configured intake and exhaust pipes circulate heat in the drying chamber, significantly reducing the time to raise temperature and lowering fuel consumption. The fuel is versatile, capable of burning wood residues, coal, or using electricity, oil, gas, biomass pellets, and can also be configured for a hybrid energy system.
The wood drying equipment kiln body can be selected in either brick masonry or metal box design. It can also be modified to integrate with the existing kiln of the customer, saving costs. Additionally, single, double, or multiple compartment box designs can be tailored according to the customer's specific needs.
