Our factory is currently leveraging the professional skills and innovative capabilities of all our employees. Utilizing computer-aided systems (CAD, 3D3S, SW6), we customize product design and production based on various customer products and processes, to meet their demands for diverse, high-quality products.

Key manufacturing equipment includes

3 sets of various rolling machines, large 4-core rolling machines with thickness up to 40mm; 3 sets of AC/DC submerged arc welding machines, manual arc welding, sub-arc welding, and plasma cutting machines; xb-9 large edge milling machine; 4 sets of 15t-50t reverse rolling frames; 3 sets of 13×2500 shearing machines; 5 overhead bridge cranes; 1200t hydraulic press; 30t ground scale; and 117 various metal cutting machine tools.

Testing equipment includes:

X-ray flaw detector; Ultrasonic flaw detector; Magnetic particle flaw detector; Impact testing machine; Ultrasonic thickness gauge; 18-element chemical analyzer; Pressure testing; Airtightness tester; Rust removal and painting equipment, etc.
