Integrated inclined plate sedimentation equipment

The integrated inclined plate sedimentation equipment is based on the shallow pond sedimentation theory and combines the water treatment technology of multi-layer, multi-compartment, and inclined plate sedimentation. This device boasts advantages such as a small footprint, low engineering investment, high treatment efficiency, simple operation, and convenient maintenance. Wastewater enters the絮凝沉降 area through an inlet water distribution and energy dissipation device, where, under the action of gravity, heavier solid particles settle to the sludge area. The remaining solid particles rise with the water flow to the inclined plate sedimentation layer. Here, the shallow pond sedimentation theory is applied, utilizing the spacing between the inclined plates to rapidly reduce sedimentation time, achieving rapid solid-liquid separation. The separated clear water is then discharged through the upper overflow channel. When the sludge concentration in the suspended sludge area reaches a certain level, it sinks into the sludge collection channel at the bottom of the sedimentation pond and is discharged through the middle mud outlet, entering the sludge concentration system for further treatment.
