MBR integrated wastewater treatment equipment, in the MBR reaction zone of the equipment, large surface area suspended media is added, which is in a fluidized state under the action of aeration and water flow. Different types of microorganisms adhere to the inside and outside of the suspended media, forming an anaerobic internal environment and an aerobic external environment, making each suspended media a micro-reactor. Nitration and denitrification reactions occur simultaneously in these micro-reactors, achieving efficient nitrogen removal; the BAF reaction zone of the equipment integrates biological reaction and suspended solid retention, effectively removing pollutants such as COD, NH-N, TP, and SS; the equipment adopts a PLC control system and cloud platform operation. The cloud platform can be operated in three modes: on-site, PC, and mobile, realizing on-site, remote, and mobile triple control, without the need for a dedicated operator.
The MBR membrane bioreactor integrated equipment is a water treatment technology that combines membrane separation technology with biotechnology. It uses membrane separation equipment to retain active sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction pool, eliminating the need for the secondary sedimentation tank. The membrane-bioreactor process significantly enhances the function of the bioreactor through membrane separation technology, greatly increasing the concentration of active sludge, and allowing for separate control of the hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT).
