Our fermentation tanks come in standard design, which features a nominal capacity of 6M³.3The following tanks are jacketed. The cooling or heating of the fermentation gas is achieved through the jacket. The nominal volume is 6M.3The fermentation gas cooling is handled by vertical drain pipes, and we've made improvements in the connections of the pipes within the tank. This primarily avoids creating additional holes in the tank that lead to dead ends. This continuous method has yielded good results in actual use.
Fermentation equipment tanks are divided into two main categories: one is the cone-shaped tank for gas fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the tank for gas fermentation (such as standard,伍style, self-priming, etc.). The standard tank style is widely used among this type of equipment. When designing fermentation equipment of various specifications, ensure the design is structurally tight, with adequate strength and service life. Aim for minimal internal accessories, a smooth surface, and good gas contact and vapor stirring performance to ensure effective material transfer and gas exchange. Ensure sufficient heat exchange area to maintain fermentation at an appropriate temperature. Pay attention to the equipment's sealing performance to ensure sterilization operations.
